Severe Rust of Manual Forklift Truck

The customer feedback that the forklift truck being used is seriously rusted. What is the reason? Forklift rust contaminates the surface of the transported goods, seriously affecting the sales appearance. It was learned through communication that the customer bought this 2 ton manual forklift last year from other manufacturers, and it has been used all the time. In summer, there is a lot of rain, and rust begins to appear. At first, it was not prominent, and I did not care about it. Now, the forklift has a slight iron sheet fall off, which is contaminated with the surface of the cargo packaging box, seriously affecting the product's beauty.

Reasons for this problem with manual forklift:

1. During the use of the manual forklift, outdoor exposure, rain wash and other factors affect the use of the forklift;

2. The manual forklift is exposed to acid and alkali substances. There are two ways to contact acid and alkali substances: direct contact with acid and alkali solutions. There are acid and alkali molecules in the air. The manual hydraulic vehicle is in this environment for a long time.

3. The quality of the manual carrier purchased by the customer is not up to the standard and cannot meet the basic use needs.

The first two reasons are the use of manual forklift, and the latter is the product quality problem. During the production and processing of hydraulic bullock forklift, the requirements for forks are high, which mainly reflect the following aspects:

1. Material selection. The fork of the manual forklift carries all the weight of the load, so the material performance requirements are high;

2. Processing and production technology. The materials are selected correctly, and whether the processing technology is reflected in the later use of manually raised forklift.

Solution to serious rust on fork of local cattle forklift:

1. It does not affect the use of the manual forklift, and can not be replaced temporarily. After use, it is stored in a dry place to keep the surface of the forklift and the fork dry;

2. If it affects the use, replace it with another product. There is no repair method. Once the small forklift is rusted, it is irreversible.
